Differences between Application Software and System Software

System software
*control and maintain the operation of computer and its devices.
*serves as the interface between the users ,the application software and the computer's hardware.

*example of system software are operating software and utility programs.

Application software
*consist of programs designed to make users more productive.
*used as an interface which allows users with an internet connection to access and view Web pages.
*example are spreadsheet software and word processing.

Input n Output

The functions of input and output are discuss as following:

Input is any data and instruction entered into the memory of a computer.An input device is any hardware components that allows users to enter data.Examples of input devices are keyboard,microphone,mouse,scanner,digital camera and webcam.

Output is data that has been processed into useful information.Output devices is any hardware components that conveys info to one or more people.Example of output devices are printers,speakers,headphone and monitor.
